Exceptional customer service. Lisa whom I coordinated most of the job with was incredible to work with. Communicated great, quickly and even helped accommodate getting the job scheduled fast for me to try to get the patio in before my family was in town. Quote process was clear, the prices were competitive and all around a good experience. I’ve found working with some trade companies that their is usually fees after the fact, not showing up on time etc so I was pleasantly surprised at how well everything went. Jose, who completed the job was exceptional, easy to talk with and did a great job. Highly recommend.

Recently had the friendly folks at Floyd's Concrete put in a front sidewalk and a parking pad. The service was fantastic, the work was stellar, and the yard was cleaned afterward. Took two days. One for the forms and one to put in the concrete. The company honored the estimate (very fair). The laborers were diligent and worked hard. This company cares. Give them a try.
